I have been long searching for the descendents of AF. We have had the great pleasure of working on a number of his courses. Our restoration work at Tavistock was as authentic as could be. We used photos from the 20's and 30's in addition to photos from other AF courses. We are currently working with Reading C.C. and Lebanon C.C. and talking with a few others. After the work at Tavistock and studying his other courses I have come to see his genius. It is refreshing to see someone recognize his works and contribution to American Golf Architecture.
